| NANUC would like to invite you and your trainees to attend the 2004 NANUC workshop entitled "Cyana: a software suite for the determination of 3D biomolecular structure and auto-assignment of NMR data".
Topics are to include: general introduction to the program, torsion angle dynamics, ambiguous NOEs , automated NOE assignment, automated structure calculation from incomplete assignments, and evaluation/validation of generated structures.
The training course is led by the program's author Dr. Peter Guntert (Riken, Genomic Sciences Center, Yokohama Japan). The course is scheduled for June 25-26, 2004 and will feature two days of lectures and hands-on computer training.
Cost The costs are $439 for Canadian Academics, $469 for US residents, and £249 or €379 for European attendees. Registrations are accepted from any location worldwide. Space will be limited to 30 participants to ensure easy access to personal assistance during the hands-on sessions. Breakfasts and lunches are included and there is a dinner scheduled for Friday night.
